Cancelling a Booking
Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you know. Refund of any advance paid depends on notice given — see our Refund Policy for the exact breakdown.
Rescheduling
Let us know your new preferred date and time over WhatsApp — we'll confirm pandit availability and update your booking at no extra charge.
If We Need to Cancel
In the rare case a pandit becomes unavailable, we'll notify you immediately and either arrange a replacement or issue a full refund of any advance paid.
